9th ANNUAL KOMEN BRAINERD LAKES RACE FOR THE CURE

CAR POOLING ON RACE DAY IS ENCOURAGED

Thursday, July 3

10:00 am – 8:00 pm

Pre-registration & Packet Pick-Up at Forestview Middle School, 12149, Baxter MN 56425

Saturday, July 5

 7:00 am    - Same Day Registration & Packet Pick-Up

 8:00 am    - Aerobic Warm-Up

 8:25 am    - Breast Cancer Survivor Photo

 8:40 am    - Dove Release*

 8:45 am    - 5K (3.1 miles) Race (USA T&F MN-06039-RR)

 8:47 am    - 5K & 1 Mile Walks

 9:45 am    - Kids for the Cure (Races for ages 2-10 on the track at  age appropriate distances)

10:15 am   - Awards Ceremony & Prize Drawings

This event will occur rain or shine.  We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.  In that event, there will be no refund, rather, your entry fee will be used as a donation to the Komen Brainerd Lakes Race for the Cure®. 

For the safety of all participants, inline skates and pets are discouraged at this event.  Thank you for your cooperation.

*  Dove Release - ‘Buy’ a numbered bird at the Prize Tent before the Race.  First bird home wins it’s ‘owner’ a $100 gift certificate to Cub; last one home wins a bucket of KFC.
